Big Brain

Went to Mid Valley for shopping today but park my car at The Garden car park for the first time.

I always have problem locating my car after shopping so I played smart this time. I took some pictures of the location where I parked my car.

After shopping almost the whole day I forgot which lift I used earlier. So I showed the picture in my camera to the security guard and he pointed to the correct lift suppose to lead to the carpark where I parked my car.

But strangely, the picture in the camera showed B85 P4 but I walk the whole place and passed by all the B85, could'nt remember how many of it, but still no sign of my car.

I was panic because I could'nt find my car, also because I was all alone in the carpark and with so many emails telling about the happening at carpark at the shopping complexes, I was worried, really worried for my security.

At last I found my car. It was parked at B86. Actually I stood near my car and took a picture of the pillar opposit my car. Hahaha smart right?

Shopping For A Pram

Recently I was so sick and feeling so weak, I was lying in bed almost everyday doing nothing after the medication. The only thing I could do was close my eyes and recall those old memories, when I was young, when my children were small and all things that happened during those good old days.

Time flies. My children are now grown up.

I remember very well once I went shopping with my elder son who was about 3 years old then, looking for a suitable pram for my new born baby. I brought the maid along thinking she would take care of my son while I do my shopping.
Suddenly I realized my son was not with the maid while she happily shopping with her two eyes, forgetting she was there for a very important mission.

I got panic, almost crying with all sort of funny thinking haunting and clouding my mind. The shopping complex was so crowded and I was wondering how to find my son in the sea of people.

I did not go to the information centre thinking it wouldn't help and even if they announced, a small boy would not know how to response to the announcement. I didn’t realize then that it could help alert the security and also I had under estimated my son’s capability. Luckily I have always told my son what to do if he is lost in a shopping complex, to either find a security guard or stand at a corner until I come.

Suddenly I saw my son standing in one corner as if he was waiting for me to fetch him. Oh! What a relief to see him!

I found the pram later but the choice were quite limited at the shopping complex.

If you are looking for a pram too why not try this online shopping site with 3000 stores to offer you anything and everything you need with better deal and saving. Happy shopping!!

Switch On The Light, Please

While I was cooking one day, my kitchen light suddenly went off with a soft sparkling sound and I smell something burning.

Wao, that was nothing to joke about at all. It seems like a small matter but it could lead to big fire too.

Actually I have just changed the lighting from an ordinary fluorescent light to a fancier one thinking more expensive one would be safer. Too bad it turn out to be opposite.

After the incident, many things came to my mind:

1. What is the cause of the problem?

2. Who is at fault? Was it the manufacturer, the contractor or my house wiring problem?

3. What type of lighting should I go for?

4. Which brand is safer and more durable?

Whatever is the reason, I still have to have lighting in my house. Now, let me plan a little what lighting to use before I call in a contractor.

For the kitchen I will always stick to fluorescent light with extra brightness to make sure I can see all the tiny worms hiding in the vegetable and to avoid adding sugar instead of salt to my cooking or vise versa.

For dinning hall, I would like something dimmer because on a table, there should be enough light to see the person across the table but not too bright that distract from the mood of the candle like kind of mood I am creating.

And the planning goes on for my hall downstairs and upstairs, my room, my children’s rooms, etc. Not an easy task because I would like to have some beautiful designer lamp which might involve more money. But I think it is worth the money because a beautiful lamp is like an art and it does not only help brighten up, it helps beautify our rooms. So there will be some fancier designed lighting to replace the outdated ones.

I think I will go visit some online store like shopwiki for some lamps buying guides.

Shopping, Shopping, Shopping For Christmas, For New Year

Every now and then I would shop for clothes for my two sons be it formal or casual attire. Usually I would go to malls or shops to look for anything interesting that would also look good on my sons. Ooh well, that’s what all moms want right? For their sons to look better compared to others.
So yea, sometimes I walk around malls the whole day and can’t find something nice or something that catches my fancy. Sometimes I just find what I want but never able to pair it up with anything.
It really is a pain in the rear sometimes, you not able to get what you want. Getting my feet soar for nothing… until I got the internet. I can search for whatever I want, anytime I want. It’s a big big net world out there, if you get what I mean. There are lots of sites that I can look for clothes and I would never have to leave the comfort of my chair.

Of all the websites introduced by friends and I’ve been to, there is this particular one, Shopwiki really got my attention, that I will go back each time whenever I need. It’s like it has anything I need or want to look for. And the best part of it is, there are descriptions and ideas on what to pair each clothing with.

You can also search for other stuff that you want to buy. And it’ll lead you to the most possible site that you can purchase it from. Pretty nifty huh? Well, I’ve been using it for quite some time now and I think I won’t be able to find anything better anytime soon.
