My girlfriends and I were in KL rounding looking for something to eat. From Jalan Pudu we went further up and turned into Jalan Peel and after passing Carefour traffic light we ended up at a stall by the road side.
The stall was packed with people. That means foods must be nice, I was guessing.
See the cars in front of me double parked? I was just following the trend, double parked too. Hehe
This is what we ordered:
Braised chicken feet. My favourite if it is fried and cooked with mushroom but this is nice too. Will go back for more of this next time. The 'char siu yoke' is really tender. We want to order 'siu yoke' (roasted pork), but according to the lady boss, it is sold off within the first hour. So at around 1 pm or earlier there wont be any more 'Siu Yoke'. This Char Siu is also one of their specialties. I saw some one ordered steam fish too and I am sure they served other dishes too.
Hot soup.
Chilli sauce.
And this is the name of the stall: It is not Reataurant Hoe Kee but the one next to it. Written in the signboard is Makanan Nasi Ayam in Malay and the rest were written in Mandarin, JIA JIA LAI..........

I always cari makan in the cool ambience of a shopping mall when in KL. Parking will be a problem besides the heat...
